Vistaaross is a Task Management and HR Management platform that allows users to organize work and schedule meetings. A core feature of the Service is the integration with Google Calendar to automate scheduling.

3. Google Calendar Integration

• User Consent:By using the "Add to Google Calendar" feature, you explicitly authorize vistaaross to create and manage events on your behalf.
• Meeting Invitations: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the email addresses of attendees you invite to meetings via our Service.
• Syncing: While we strive for perfect synchronization, we are not responsible for data loss or scheduling conflicts occurring within the Google Calendar interface.

4. User Conduct You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities.
• Sending spam or unauthorized meeting invitations.
• Attempting to bypass the security of the application or the Google API.

5. Intellectual Property

The vistaaross name, logo, and software are the intellectual property of our company. Your data remains yours; however, you grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability vistaaross

The Service is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any damages, including loss of data or business interruptions, arising from your use of the app or the Google Calendar integration.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms or the Google API policies.
